I have run norton,s, now a customer for nortons from internet provider peoplepc. I have been hacked. I am doing what msn suggest in their forum. They did send a form to my alternet email. Maybe I need to allow more time. I can see a conflict from my windows live account and my hotmail account. I would like to know how to keep the hacker out and if I can salvage this account. If not can I transfer my files and folders out of the corrupted hotmail to a new or another account without taking the hacker with me. thanks so much1 person needs an answerI do too
